Die Cutting

Die cutting is a process that allows us to create any shape, pattern or design in variety of materials to suit your specific needs.

We offer two methods of in-house die cutting. TBP’s Rotary Die Cuts are consistently within tolerance. Rotary die cutting is the fastest form of die cutting, great for mid to high volume jobs. And, because it is so precise, even large quantities of materials will be within tolerance.

Flatbed Die Cutting gives us added flexibility. The flatbed process allows us to sheet, laminate, kiss-cut and die-cut a variety of materials at a very competitive price. Flatbed die cutting is usually preferred for smaller volume jobs and for cumbersome materials.

Need a die cut?

Here’s what we need to know to produce it for you.

  • Materials
What do you think would work for your situation? Is there a particular goal you are attempting to accomplish?
  • Substrates
What will your die cut be applied to? Will you be cleaning these surfaces?
  • Volume
Volume has a direct effect on both die cuts and machinery.
  • Packaging & Finishing
How many pieces per box or roll do you require? Do you need a pull-tab for easy application? Would you like these cut and shipped loose in a box?
