Die Cutting

Rotary Die Cutting

Rotary Die-Cutting TBP's Rotary die-cuts are consistently within tolerance; our precision cutting allows you to order large quantities of your specific part and every part will be within tolerance. Rotary die cutting unrolls material through a press and uses a engraved steel cylinder die to roll over and cut custom shapes. Material can be carried by a release liner and rolled onto a new core or sheeted into pads. This process allows the material to be cut all the way through the liner creating separate pieces or just through the material remaining on the liner.

Flatbed Die-Cutting

Flatbed Die-CuttingThe flatbed process allows TBP to sheet, laminate, kiss-cut and die-cut a variety of materials to complete your project. Flat bed die-cutting stamps out designed shapes of material that lie flat on a sheet and are fed through the machine. This process is cost effective for jobs consisting of low volumes, when die-cut sizes are large or a variety of shapes are required. Flat bed die-cutting provides a tighter tolerance on materials that are over 1/8" thick.

Slitting

SlittingOur expert staff and our state of the art equipment enables TBP the ability to slit your material to the specific size you are looking for. Rather than settling for in stock sizes that other distributors carry TBP can convert your material into the size that is right for your job. Our lead times are the quickest in the industry; when you place an order we will take material from our large inventory and begin the slitting process quickly to make sure you get your product within tolerance in a quick and efficient manner.

Laminating

LaminatingTBP will laminate material to your specifications for optimal performance. TBP can add rubber or acrylic based adhesives to most foams, rubber or film. Our double-coated and transfer adhesive laminated products sustain a solid bond throughout the duration of their use.

Spooling

SpoolingTBP's spooling process allows you to combine pre-slit rolls to create a single, larger roll of material. Each roll is spliced together to provide easy peel removal of the release liner. Our spools are used by many companies that utilize extrusion lines or in-line applications.
